In reference of the continuous development of one of our clients,
AUDIT Doradztwo Personalne Sp. z o. o. is looking for the candidates interested in the job offer:
TPM MANAGER
/location : Gorzów Wielkopolski, woj. lubuskie/
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Responsible for machine and technology improvements
• Machines and devices modernization to increase performance parameters
• Planning and management of machinery repairs and production equipment
• Technical supervision of the manufacturing processes department
• Supervise technical documentation
• Control and supervise technical department costs
• Maintenance team management
• Working closely with the production department, toolshop department, quality department and engineering department
• Analysis of turnover and availability of spare parts which are in stock parts
• Preventing failures and order spare parts,
• Technical infrastructure and production facility maintenance
REQUIREMENTS:
• Previous experience in Engineering and maintenance
• Knowledge of Plant Maintenance systems and TPM
• Strong technical knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems
• Very good English knowledge
• Strong People Management skills; able to connect, motivate and change behaviour
• Strong teamwork, cooperation, persuasion and negotiation skills to be used with cross-functional and external stakeholders
• Well-developed leadership skills
• Ability to generate overview, set priorities, address multiple tasks and handle accordingly
